Repackage your product in the original box if possible. with a note of the reason for return. Please write your daytime phone number on the packing slip, this will speed processing of your product in the event we need to contact you. Send your package using a traceable delivery service of your choice.

We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipment, please insure your items with your carrier. Returns take 5 to 7 business days of package receipt to process; you will be notified of your return via e-mail.
